(10,158 posts)1) The framers of the Constitution did not view women as citizens therefore women should not be allowed to run for president. If they do run and somehow managed to get elected that election should be null and void.
2) No one - even a woman who is president - is above the law, and therefore she should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. This may seem to contradict what I'm about to rule in the Trump immunity hearing, but the differences are just too esoteric and based in 17th century law for your tiny female minds to comprehend.

(157 posts)If the sitting President deams current Supreme Court justices illegitimate and a threat to democracy, can he have ST6 bust in during arguments and just remove them with extreme prejudice in order to open up seats that said President could then backfill with acceptable jurists?

(237 posts)Would that be immune? Its obvious Alito is stalling for Trump. All the other justices will have to wait till he writes his dissenting opinion. Then it will be too late. Something needs to hold him
