He knows he’s leaving the senate and can speak a little more honestly. Not all that courageous. I hope his legacy will stink as much as his time in the senate.

but he made this big speech claiming that the winds had shifted on the border and that the Senate wasn't going to do anything more with the bipartisan proposal. Or was I dreaming?
