Enjoy this "hush money" trial, because there probably will not be another.

David Pecker is sleazy. He is only talking enough to keep himself out of jail. He made a deal. Hopefully no one will try to portray him as an honest broker.

When Michael Cohen comes up to testify, they will probably slice and dice him every which way from Sunday. They will massacre him.

Nobody knows what the jury is taking from this, but we should not be surprised if there is a hung jury at the end.

The Supreme Court and other "Judges" are making sure that Trump is able to delay his other trials until after the election, and then, they may all disappear.

Enjoy this charade. It may be all that we get?

he's convicted. How do you know that Pecker is holding back? I heard once that he had to be asked something two or three times before the answer came out, but audience members seem to think that things are going well with his testimony.

I heard that Prosecutors have already conditioned his testimony by establishing that he is not squeaky clean. They'll do the same with Cohen. Cohen is not shy about what he did. Only problem with Cohen is some recent interview he gave where he stated something about a lie he told which wasn't true; a kind of lie about the lie. But, even that can be overcome. The corroboration will support the testimony. Cohen is not a wimp. The evidence is going to show the criminality, and it doesn't seem to me that just calling Cohen a "liar" is much of a defense. His other defense is that it was just business as usual, which also seems to fail.

You try escaping liability for something you did by saying, "Gee, I didn't know it was illegal," and see if you get off. Ignorance is no excuse.

We aren't even through the first witness. If they bring on Stormy, Trump is going to react very badly. He's going to react to McDougal as well. He'll be telling his lawyers what to ask. He's not an attorney, even if he thinks he is.

This will probably be the only case heard before the Election. But, the public is getting to see the figure of a man who is decidedly less than Presidential. I once read that the American public tends to vote for candidates with full heads of hair. Will they vote for a guy who drools and literally shits his pants in court? He hasn't had a coherent speech in a long time. We just don't know yet.

One thing's for sure: it is not the popular vote that wins, it is the EC states that win. While Trump is whining like a baby in the court, Biden is out there campaigning and looking good. And, he's doing it while handling two wars, maybe a third coming up, and all the domestic stuff, too. He hasn't made many mistakes.

Don't give up.

He's forced to go to court everyday and he is humiliated.

Now we just need to see him locked up, even if just for a few hours.

Although it may not be the full punishment that trump deserves, hopefully we'll get to experience everything we need to experience in order to start the healing process and move on (assuming he's soundly defeated this fall).

Let's not forget that trump attacked us and our country. We deserve to see justice and we have a right to our feelings on this issue.

It's a pipe dream to think this piece of human waste will ever face justice. It just doesn't happen to people like that who live in a completely different America than the rest of us do. Trump will never be convicted, and when he wins the Presidency, because he and the GOP will invent new, foolproof ways of stealing an election, we can blame ourselves for not taking this seriously when we could have squashed it. But no, our supporters don't vote in mid-term elections.
