Court Question I wish had been asked. Does President Biden have these same rights they are arguing for the caitiff?

I was hoping they would completely expose these posers. The clowns did a decent job of exposing themselves. I think we need to know their answer to that question. Americans need to know.

No, not nearly explicit enough. These people twist words. They must be asked specifically about President Biden. onecaliberal Apr 25 #3

Sonia Sotomayor Shreds Claim President Can Kill Political Rivals With Immunity - TheDailyBeast “Immunity says, even if you did it for personal gain, we won’t hold you responsible. How could that be?” asked Justice Sotomayor.

Justice Sonia Sotomayor cut right to the heart of the issue, by asking attorney John Sauer point blank whether a president should be allowed to assassinate his political rivals, as both he and Trump have previously argued.

“If the president decides that his rival is a corrupt person, and he orders the military or orders someone to assassinate him, is that within his official acts for which he can get immunity?” she asked.

the serial killer is writing on his loser rag that he will immediately arrest Biden. He has written it tens of times. This is a 5 alarm fire.

decency, dignity, reserve, and poise when dealing with or responding to the unconscionable, unacceptable, and that which is (and those who ARE) scurrilously and underhandedly VILE.

I call it, bringing knives to a gunfight... "being civil to incivility."

But we're learning.

Could Biden kill Trump on national security grounds, based on your argument?

suppose a president decides to imprison or murder a Supreme Court Justice?

Specifically, if President Biden ordered the arrest or assassination of Supreme Court justices appointed by his predecessor, would that fall under your notion of presidential immunity?

Inquiring minds want to know...

They asked about seal team 6 and one of the clowns said they have to follow the law. So what happens if the serial killer orders them to do something that is illegal for them, but he is demanding them to do it. There are ALOT of awful consequences.
