Or is he some run of the mill lawyer who says things that some people want to hear and was at one time married to a person who closely worked with Trump?

(1,553 posts)when dealing with conjecture and opinion questioning statements credibility is part of critical thinking.
I usually look for evidence of authentically informed opinion as it's common for sources on the fringes of the business to emphasize producing a palatable product that will be willingly consumed.

Also made point that if SCOTUS remands for findings on official v. Private, district court judge could hold detailed evidentiary hearing to have government show its evidence of what Trump has done. That could be done before the election.

(54,084 posts)I know once Trump is gone from the scene they'll all go back to being terrible again. But for right now it's kind of therapeutic for me to listen to a bunch of Republicans who hate Trump and want normal democracy to come back.
And sure, I know their tactics is what enabled trumpism to work in the first place. But just for the moment, juuuuust for the moment, I like to listen to this Republicans for Biden chatter on occasion.
