If the (illegitimate) Supreme Court rules in favor of #45, what laws prevent #46 from making an instant executive decision to eliminate #45 the moment the SCOTUS opines a POTUS is immune from the laws they’re sworn to uphold in their Constitutional inauguration?

The ratfuck here is that the SCOTUS interjected their sorry asses into the process by deciding to take the case when they shouldn’t have. It’s ludicrous to even consider such a stupid idea, except to add word salad to a shit sandwich.

Any actual decision, if it arrives at all, cannot drop before Jan. 20.
I expect their ruling to be reasonable if President Biden wins, and complete insanity if TSF wins.
