Ronan FARROW: Parallel possible between WEINSTEIN's overturn and Drumpf's case

Some/much of the PECKER testimony so far is not directly related to the charges? Like the basis of overturning the WEINSTEIN verdict. "The payments to McDOUGAL and doorman are not actions (Drumpf) is being charged with in this case." But he adds that there are provisions for pattern of behavior. Plus he says COHEN has somewhat moderated his on-air and podcast shooting off his mouth to tone down his loose cannon/animus persona for testifying.

So, I don't see this similarity as Ronan does ..

tRump will appeal so I just am focusing on the trial now and getting our conviction.

You can offer evidence of pattern of behavior as long as the evidence is factual. But that's not the same in the Weinstein case where they had witnesses make allegations that were not established facts.
