And by the way, those charges would have to stick or pass a grand jury. Sometimes I think only grand juries and the ethical half of the legal profession are keeping us afloat.

Does habeas corpus still exist? Wasn't Trump dicking with that too at one point?

can reject all their ridiculous phony bullshit like they rejected 60+ ridiculous cases contesting the 2020 election.
