Someone on MSNBC suggested that Trump's attorney constantly referring to him as president Trump, even when he's talking about time before when Trump was president, could be confusing to the jury. JFC, I hope not!!

That is getting old already, hearing them refer to Trump as President Trump and you just know that Trump requires them to call him "President".

A civil trial ruled that he was liable for harming Ms. Carroll, but it was not--repeat NOT--a criminal conviction. The only way TSF would have gone to jail in those proceedings was if he committed contempt of court, obstruction or perjury.

But feel free to cough up the evidence of a criminal conviction and especially the specific criminal charges for which he was convicted.
