Note: It's not just teachers that are allowed to carry guns. It's all school staff. Who would be included on that list?

It is not a question of ‘if’ it will happen, it is a question of ‘when’ it will happen.

But then, maybe they anticipate that good teachers with guns will deal with the threat?
