Ultimately, if they have to choose a democracy that does stuff they don't like, and an autocracy that implements polcies they do like.... well... they'll say, "fuck democracy."

And Trump gives them, or their close associates at least, access to power. The one signature domestic policy initiative that Trump enacted was massive corporate tax cuts.

I don't know how they can say that he's one of the biggest threats to our democracy and our country and then turn right around and say you're going to vote for him anyway. It just makes them look craven and/or stupid.
