Why no Trump trial today?

Seem to be an awful lot of off-days in this trial so far.

Like the eve and first two days of the holiday, those are the most 'solemn' and observed as a Sabbath.
Hope that from tomorrow on, the trial will continue at a full schedule... until Memorial Day.

Could be some previously-scheduled hearing, or someone is ill or unavailable. Trump will just play golf and rage-xeet in the meantime. AFAIC it's fine - the longer it drags out, the more time he can't spend campaigning and instead has to sit there in silence and listen to people describe what a scumbag he is.

campaign time; he didn't do one rally on his 3 days off.

Less days of him riling up his base is...
