the republicon convention is going to be a total DISASTER

The WNs will be split on whether to avoid the topic of abortion and whether to use it as a stage to double down on reproductive freedom.

Instead of aspirational uplifting prime time speeches we'll get angry hostile calls for rolling back rights, bullying the weak and vengeance.

They will encourage participation in an election they insist is rigged.

Defendant trermp is going to find a way to make it a money-making scheme for himself.

It's going to be such a mess. I can't wait.

It's a nearly week-long televised ad. But with the departures from norms that those goons are going through, who knows? They might decide to keep out cameras. I doubt they have enough self-awareness to know they're in such dire straights that airing it would be an embarrassment.

but I also imagine that the GOPers will limit press/broadcast access to friendly media outlets.

I think it should be televised. Their lack of a platform is good for Democrats--drives home the point that they have no ideas and are just blindly following a demagogue.

(but of course, you'd have to limit this to only the first mention, because, you know.... alcohol poisoning)
