Trump was okay with his womanizing before 2015.

He would even call up the New York Post planting stories about his womanizing.

It changed when he ran for President.

He also had no problem dropping wife number one for wife number two, when he had an affair with her. No problem dropping wife number two for wife number three. It was his pattern. Running for president disrupted that pattern of behavior.
