Who is "likable"? I've heard lots of talking heads say

That Michael Cohen is “not likable.” Probably some also think that of Stormy Daniels.

I find them both to be likable. And more importantly, credible. It doesn’t matter what I think of their past behavior. I get that some people disapprove of some of that.

Shrub was painted as an affable good old boy,; somebody you’d have a beer with. Al Gore was stiff and wonky and aloof.

Jurors are human and most people can't just shut off emotion and personal judgments.

In an ideal world, it wouldn't matter, but we all have biases and feelings, even if/when they're mostly subconscious.

Charge very seriously and do in fact put aside biases to focus on facts.

Pecker is a complete sleeze. Yet he was totally believable. Stormy was a bit sensational, but was she unbelievable? She said she wanted to make money, hated him, and screwed him. Do people doubt that? Cohen has committed perjury before, so he better sound convincing. So far the defense hasn't trapped someone in a clear lie. Meanwhile each witness seems to back up the events. Is everyone lying? Even the people that don't hate him and do not want money?

she was being herself and honest to the point of it going against her. Like when she admitted she plans to never pay Trump even thought show owes him over 600K. She admitted she hated him. She made a racey joke and was casual about sex. Why wouldn't she be? Since that was her job to be in adult films.

Michael is cocky and comes off like a con man. No surprise him and Trump were close at one point.
