Trump defense trying to say that Stormy was claiming it was an affair?

Does defense know what is an affair?

And dealt with just one specific event at his hotel. No mention that Stormy had sex with Trump other times. Yet defense is trying to imply it?

Heck, they did have sex. But afterwards she was demanding money to keep here mouth shut. The deadline she set was approaching fast, so TFG had to scrape money together and be inventive where he got it. Stormy is the guilty one not the one slumped in his seat with his eyes closed trying to hide the tears for the pain he has caused his wife and kids, and grand kids and pets and ...

I thought this trial was about using campaign funds to pay for a sex worker, Having sex was not the problem, paying 130K of campaign funds was.

The check was signed, delivered and cashed. Or am I missing something?
