According to the Columbus dispatch and IMDb, theres no distribution date.
There were announcements about it back to 2021 then Clooney was producing it. It was being distributed through HBO but still nothing.
Does anybody know?

What he needs is for someone to come out with the first expose book about the matter. Publishers do legal checks as a matter of routine when libel could be a risk. They would do the hard work of clearing the legal niceties for him, and then he could focus on getting the rights and start filming.

Of forthcoming productions on his website.
He's either abandoned the project, or it's in some kind of development hell.
