I might be wrong and nuttier than a squirrel turd but Trump seems plenty guilty because:

1) paying bribes is illegal

b) paying hush money is illegal

iii) submitting falsified business records in order to hide crimes is illegal

Rather or not the court finds him guilty and if found guilty he spends 1 day in prison
are the real questions but the facts about the trial seem pretty clear to me.

Kiss aka keep it simple stupid. And BTW if Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden or
Barack Obama had done any of this stuff the screams from the right wing would
be deafening. Lock him up.

2. The sweet part is that the judge will determine his sentence

The judge he has been insulting for 6 months.

The judge who's daughter he has been attacking.

The judge who's court he has been pushing past the point of contempt.

That judge.

That judge will decide if he sees, and how much jail he sees, if convicted.

Schweet.

… led out of the courtroom by officers, after the judge tells his lawyers that Trump can file
his appeal from prison.

BRIBERY in a legal sense is payment for an action that's illegal. Paying for silence isn't a crime.

HUSH MONEY is also not a crime.

The crime is making the payments in furtherance of political campaign and not reporting the payments as campaign expenses.

campaign donations (Stormy hush money and catch and release by the enquirer) but only because Trump was running for office. IMHO

8. Rump would stop traffic to pick up a penny in the street

Hasn’t he claimed that people tried to shake him down all the time? Only a scant handful have received a six-figure payout to keep quiet. Why on earth would rump pay off someone making a specious claim? Behind the smoke of hush money lie the flames of ‘yes, it really happened ‘. That constitutes the closest to proof, at least in my mind.
