2. Yeah, still 733,000 without power at 6 am.

My power cut out around 6:40--rushed home just ahead of the storm and barely got leftovers heated and plated before the power went. Came back in my area at 2:15 am.

School's canceled today. Not a good time--last day for students is next Friday. Last day of normal AP testing is today, some senior finals. Monday's the seniors' last day--not sure when/how they'll get their remaining finals taken care of. Or seniors will get their overdue assignments turned in so their grade's up to passing. Prom's this weekend, graduation's next weekend.

Crappy, crappy timing.

I hope all our DUer's and their family members are safe, uninjured and still have a home.

So much destruction across the US this spring. But there is no climate change.
