Now that we have a template, all kinds of people qualify as terrorists. Who could have imagined how many folks, just walking around, looking so ordinary, were really terrorists? God bless the war on terrorism! Time to launch a few more drone missiles and declare anyone unlucky enough to be on the receiving end to be a terrorist.

everyone that should or will be considered...ever. Common sense says that over time the list will grow as new information surfaces.

I don't think the growth in numbers of people on the list is necessarily an issue in and of itself wrt the war on terror.

number of people locked up in prison for non-violent drug offenses? To me that sounds like a WIN!
