The "soft racism of lowered expectations"-

I have heard that those that find Newt's "work ethic-kid janitors" and "welfare president" quotes are THEMSELVES the racists, because THEY see, in an innocent GOP comment, that they mean blacks.
OF COURSE they mean blacks! Who TF else are they talking about? WHO does racist America see as food-stamp collectors, welfare recipients, lazy, etc? Why do they want drug tests in order to get benefits?
I heard this on Wisconsin Public Radio(callers) a bunch lately.

Yeah-it's us that are the racists. Fuckers, all!

...for conservatives. I don't expect them to be able to figure out what is in their best interests. I don't expect them to come up with an idea different from what they hear sitting in the pew on Sunday. I don't expect them to have been anywhere, done anything, or learned anything interesting.

That way, when they show the smallest amount of enlightenment, I can be pleasantly surprised.
