Sharron Angle endorses Santorum; 28 people show up (with pic)

http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2012/feb/04/sharron-angle-finds-her-endorsement-packs-little-p

On Friday night, Sharron Angle made her first public appearance on behalf of Rick Santorum since officially endorsing him for president, headlining a solo rally at Santorum’s headquarters.

Twenty-eight people showed up. That’s including her handlers, Santorum’s local staff, and one attendee’s two kids.

Stepping up to a microphone and smiling, Angle tried to make the best of an obviously bad situation.

... It is difficult to determine for whom this pathetic display of support on the eve of a caucus should be more disappointing: Santorum, whose expectations for Nevada have been so low that he’s essentially abandoned his campaign operation here since initial campaign stops Tuesday that drew modest crowds, or Angle, the Tea Party’s once-greatest hope — this is the first large-scale endorsement she’s made since challenging Harry Reid in 2010.

....were able to find time to show up and disrupt their busy lives. Maybe the weather was bad that day and the roads were impassable. Fox news will edit the photo to show a crowd over a million.

MSNBC gave her 5 minutes of glowing tributes and air time. "The candidate who just missed taking down the top democratic senator" I understand Fox did something similar, and CNN i simply don't watch anymore.

Why would MSM continue to treat her as something impotent, when the rest of the country would rather forget all about her?

That is totally true...the only counter treatment she received was from Martin Bashir....he pretty much ate her lunch when he asked her to articulate specific policy points. She couldn't have done it even if it were written on her palm....LOL

I'll bet after the meeting, they are on the way to the post office to send their SS# to Nigeria.
