Green Tech - Job in my shop

Just picked up an order in my job shop for some parts to build a fairly Hi-Tech Solar Oven.

The Oven is equipped with a 2 Axis Solar Collector and can achieve 400 Deg F in less then 15 minutes. I've gone back and forth with the designer of the Solar Oven quite a bit over the specifications of the parts as I think it is "Over Designed" but it should prove to be the "Cadillac" of Solar Ovens once it's complete

I think solar ovens are incredible. Will this be able to be temperature regulated?
