She's an attention whore, she wants everyone to stop and watch her.
But, the real hilarity begins when some of the people say "okay", and then they stop to listen to her, and the spotlight comes on her, and she clears her throat, and starts speaking.
And then she has to look down and read the note that she wrote in the palm of her hand to remind herself what the hell she wanted to say to begin with.
