I am so sad to hear this news today. I remember reading that she was a beautiful singer as a young child. We were lucky to have had a chance to get to know her and to hear her sing. This is one of my favorites:

I am not sure what happens to people after they die, but I would like to think that there is a better place somewhere, out there! Maybe another planet, who knows, but for me, after losing someone tragically, I decided there was a place where we would meet again. Maybe it's just a fantasy, but that's okay, it's a nice fantasy

When tragedy struck my life, suddenly, I decided it was not the end and that we would meet again as there was so much we didn't get to do. And for me, it works, and sometimes I even think I am being protected, silly I know, but what can I say.

I'd like to think that Whitney is now released from all those things that made her life so unhappy and is free from all the pain and singing and joyful as she was before.

It's selfish, I know, but what can I say? Death is a very difficult thing to deal with, it is so final, especially when it is someone young, as in my case. I like my fantasies and if it works for you too, then I am happy for you
