Unemployment insurance at 104 weeks would be become permanent entitlement as part of my master budget and jobs program would be designed for those who have exceeded the 104th week of unemployment would be placed in a long-term job training and unpaid internship program that would provide guaranteed employment within year of the completion of the training and internship program.
