But he'd have a very difficult time getting his way, even if by some miracle he were to become president with a Rethug House and Senate. To overrule Griswold vs. Connecticut, it would take a constitutional amendment severely limiting the right of privacy as established in that case, and even if the requisite two-thirds of both houses of Congress would give him that, it could be stopped by thirteen states.
It ain't gonna happen. Even if the worst possible scenario emerges from this election.
