Idea for a gameshow: Are You Less Naive Than an Ivy Leaguer? The show will pit ordinary contestants with average educational backgrounds against professors/apologists for state violence and terror who teach at Ivy League universities/recruting centers for the military-industrial-financial complex such as Melissa Harris-Perry, Anne-Marie Slaughter, etc. Contestants will be asked commonsense questions about the nature of American politics and foreign policy, such as:

“Why did the United States invade Iraq?” (Answer: Oil)

“What motivated the United States to bomb Libya?” (Answer: Oil)

<edit>

The show will undoubtedly be a hit as the American people, ever wary of ostentatious displays of elitist “learning,” will cheer with delight as the Ivy League professors/vulgar propagandists inevitably answer every question incorrectly, thus resulting in sputtering fits of indignant rage and nightly on-the-air meltdowns. Alternate idea for a television show: Shit Ivy Leaguers Say. Self-explanatory concept.
