Absolute Best Possible Outcome Tonight?

Mine:

In desperation, Romney gets a copy from Jeb of BushCo's voting machine vote manipulation software
left over from Florida 2004.

Robert Mueller and the FBI have known about this for years but need to catch
someone red-handed.

Obama gives the command "Sic em boys"

Tonight, they stake out Romney's headquarters and frog march the whole team out. Wolfe has
a conniption fit. Faux News just says "fuck it" let's go off the air. Tweety gets a tingle in
both legs.

1. OK, that ain't going to happen...

Realistically, the best thing that could happen is a Florida 2000 outcome, where it's so close the GOP is unwilling to claim the winner, and both sides accuse the other of cheating. Everyone hates everyone, and the Republican brand continues to go up in flames.

He and Ron Paul duke it out awhile, until the party's tired of them, too.

Then they look for even crazier people to recruit...

2. Add to rmoney's disgrace all of the dishonesty that the LDS church has gotten away with

So with rmoney's conviction the media will jump on Mormonism and expose it as the dishonest business that it really is. And the good people who do all the work, will leave in droves.

Is there ANY religion (I'm contrasting it with spiritual-minded individuals) that isn't just a money-making operation?

10. Maybe? Didn't L Ron Hubbard say if you want to get rich, start a religion?

Or something like that. However, there might be a few genuine like-minded people who get together only to advance their spiritual awareness. But with the mega churches and TV evangelists, is it any wonder we are cynical?

12. There is an apocryphal story that L Ron had a bet with Robert Heinlein..

That he could start his own religion and fleece the suckers..

I would say that Hubbard won that bet, if it ever existed in the first place.

order it at 8:30 in the morning at breakfast. Sometimes, there are so many funny
things that happen when people lose their memory. Better to laugh then cry

(Hypothetically of course, given how much they admire and invoke the Founding Fathers so often)

... and unfortunately neither survives to tell of the outcome.

8. Absolute best possible outcome? All rethugs drop out, concede the election to Obama
Tue Feb 28, 2012, 04:11 PM
Feb 2012

Joint press conference, with all the remaining repuggies, announcing that they are bowing out of the race. Explaining that even though the country isn't perfect, they would only fuck it up even worse.

Hey, you asked for the 'absolute best possible outcome' - didn't say how likely it had to be.
