Second, all the car companies hype buying a car before the first of the year.
I would be surprised if they stayed the same, or went up.

(493 posts)it's because everybody is either fucking broke or smart enough to realize that buying a new car is probably the worse investment one can make unless they really really really need one.

(43,049 posts)Jeeps and Subarus probably stole some sales from the others with all the snow. And, January car sales are always down and the storms likely pushed them down further.

Ford just had one of their best years ever in 2013, and Ford has been around forever.
Let's wait a while before we jump to a conclusion.
