A man who had been convicted 14 times of driving under the influence was arrested again.
Lee Edward Collins, 73, smelled of alcohol and was passed out in his vehicle at a stoplight in northwest Lincoln about 11:20 p.m. on Saturday when deputies approached him, said Lancaster County Sheriff Terry Wagner.
Collins was arrested and transported to the hospital to be treated for a cut.
Collins remained in jail Monday on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license.

He is Frank Gallagher with a car and keys. (Frank is from the Showtime series, Shameless). I say prison-jail time for a few years could help him. He will be a detox risk with his age but it can be accomplished.
