rand paul is running for president. that's why he's trying to reduce Bill Clinton's influence.

i'm no genius, but that's my take.

he's the 'frontrunner' now

and Hillary is the only opponent the media can muster up.

money for Alison Lundergran-Grimes, Mitch McConnell's challenger. For some reason Rand Paul and Mitch made a mutual survival pact and I think Paul is targeting Bill to help McConnell now. The added bonus is keeping the Lewinsky affair in the press until his 2016 run.
