Let's see, shoot someone, call 911 or get a pizza and have a drink? For sure this ass isn't fit to be walking the streets.

Why even bother if they're not going to do it right. Makes me think the 'fix' is in. Sheesh.

Defendants are allowed to explain their answers. If the attorney doesn't let him finish the judge is going to make sure he gets the opportunity.

emotional. I don't know if that is just her or if that's a part of the defense strategy - to show her testimony of Dunn never mentioning the gun to her is not believable nor reliable due to her "mental" problems.

Seems perfectly rational otherwise. There's no reason, without direct medical/psychological evidence, to believe that her memory is in any way impaired.

It seems like an open and shut case. I suspect it would be so if we reversed the races of the victim and perpetrator or if they were of the same race.

Even FL V Zimmerman had more ambiguity.

It seems open and shut to me, too. With any luck, the jury will see it that way, too.

There's always that possibility, as weird as it seems to us. It only takes one juror to hang a jury.

violently over just about anything. There's a case in the Twin Cities where some guy coming out of some place went off on a woman who had parked "too far from the curb." He's getting tried, too.
