It is far from over. Because it is never over. Society swings towards plutocracy and away from plutocracy. We're at the end of a "towards" swing. An "away" swing will be coming. It will be followed by another "towards".
The thing is, the "towards" end keeps not getting as far. Rockefeller had way more power than the billionaires today.
