Any Democrat thinking of running for President should take it seriously enough....
...to plan his Cabinet ahead of time and to have a strategy in place to change this nation. He/She should have a working plan in place. If they have to search for people to fill positions after they elected, they are probably not ready for the job?
They should not run for their own ego purposes.
I'm hoping if there are some Democrats that are thinking of getting in the race in 2016 that they have enough foresight and backbone to attack the huge problems that face this nation and that they simply do not play it by ear once they get elected. They should have their people ready to go from day one.
Is that too much to ask?
