I want to know how did he get a show so fast and it takes this long for Joy Reid to get one? Has he guest hosted any shows?
I hope his show turns out great but it seems the usual path is that you have to prove your chops as a guest analyst before you get you're own show.

was very impressed with both him and his resume (Rhodes scholar) and all of that. Phil gets to do this sort of thing I guess.
