I'll never forget that madness and the intervention of Congress on behalf of the Bush brothers.

I was up there in St Petersburg days after the madness as my youngest sister was critically ill in hospital.

I used to work in the hospice field (on the administrative end). What Jeb! and his idiot brother and their legislative toadies did was nothing short of subverting the constitution and the laws of this state and the country.

(9,033 posts)to which Jeb! was a true believer...he made the Schiavo affair a personal crusade, even looking into ways to charge the husband with negligence or some such after Terri was finally allowed to die. Jeb! is the "smart" one, the "moderate?" Bull.Shit. to whoever tries to make that case.

(9,387 posts)This is exactly how he will treat the rest of the people in the country if, by some **election miracle**, he bulldozes his way into the White House. And, remember, he has plenty of experience with that.
There is no empathy, no concern, no consideration whatsoever for anyone who stands in the way of his 'big, hairy audacious goals'. Just another arrogant, backbiting, self-entitled Bush, wanting to fool us again.

Thanks, malaise, for never forgetting about this.
