I was taken aback by a few of the first sponsors listed - Koch, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America (Freedomworks/Tea Party association). Always shocks me to see the name Koch in association with anything helpful, useful or science related.
Overall, we've found it pretty well done and, with my science and my wife's nurse backgrounds, as well as a family member with brain cancer, interesting, often touching, maddening, frustrating - in other words, just like cancer itself.
Looking forward to watching the final part tomorrow night - seems like they will be discussing the costs (often prohibitive), as well as what looks to be on the horizon.
All in all, I recommend catching it on reruns or on line if you are not watching it. It's really something to realize that cancer is an issue people have dealt with since the very beginning.

Gah.
I love the show, but does PBS need my contribution when they have David H. Koch?
