An investigator with the Douglas County Attorneys Office said it could be 30 days before it is determined whether charges might be filed against Creative Creations, the Omaha event planning company that oversold discount travel vouchers.
The company now cannot honor or refund the money paid for many of those vouchers.
Were still early in the investigation stages, Bill Mulligan, an investigator with the County Attorneys Office, said Monday.
Mulligan said the county attorney is working with the Better Business Bureau in Omaha to track victims and alleged losses from throughout the United States.
