DUers, I need your help again. A friend is trying to gather supplies for a homeless camp

and eons ago, I remember someone posting a list of things that one would not normally consider for a homeless camp. I thought I bookmarked it, but alas...I can't find it.

I remember specifically the poster saying one piece bathing suits can help deter rapists. Just things that an average person would not normally consider.

Does anyone have the link handy? Or suggestions on what to gather for these people living in a tent?

Any help or suggestion would be appreciated.

menstrual supplies (pads, tampons, cleaning wipes) was on the list. Also, stuff like toilet paper, dry shampoo, cortisone cream, bandaids, razors. Underwear. Bras.
