If you look carefully you can see the taser wires.

Watch on something with some size and resolution. Just when he begins to run you can see the wires extending between the two of them. The only way I can explain it is that he was tased, ran from the taser, the wires jerked out and he was shot in the back. The officer dropped the taser at some point and went back to get it. That might not be exactly right but it's far closer than what was claimed.

There was no way he tried to take that taser.

Why would you try to grab a taser?

This man was killed in cold blood.

As was Eric Garner.

6. The taser part almost doesn't matter.

Say the guy was trying to take the taser (and it doesn't appear he was), at the time he was shot he was far enough away from the cop so he wasn't any kind of threat to the cop. Of course, we wouldn't know that if there wasn't a video of the event and the cop might have gotten away with his story.

The object the cop picks up is something that went flying free off to side as
the two were struggling.

A split second later, you can see the wires extending from Scott to the cop.

As Scott is running and being fired at, you can see a small object (way to small to be a Taser),
about 6' behind him bouncing along as if it were on a wire.

That object bouncing behind him was probably the fired Taser cartridge/shell which somehow
came loose or pulled free from the Taser unit...

But there's clearly something trailing him as he's running.

It's way more visible in the video when it's slowed down or played frame by frame.

In the animated GIF, it's more difficult to spot.

Near the beginning, you can see something go flying off from the right and behind the cop,
bounces a bit, and comes to a rest at the edge of the grass (that's what the cop goes back to
retrieve).

Just as Scott reappears from the behind the tree, you can see a small black object trailing
maybe about 3'-4' feet behind him as it disappears then reappears several times.

11. I can see them clearly and the casual way he draws the gun and fires 8 times into the man.

Even Tony Soprano's guys never executed a guy so efficiently.
