The one in the rear window. I can not find if this is an actual ticket-able offense. The most I have been able to find is that as long as you have another brake light working, you get a ticket to repair, at most.

I never noticed the passenger. I just assumed he was driving by himself. It was never even mentioned on any of the videos, or broadcasts about this on MSNBC. I too am wondering if the person in the car will speak up? I wonder how he (or she) got home. Were they detained by the police? strange, very strange.

From the passenger's view. When Scott ran, he made a turn into an alley or something, not sure, but that's why the dash cam did not capture the confrontation or the shooting.
