Human waste probably use the 16 pound, 12 year old pup as a bait dog. Apparently they cut him first to give the dogs they are forcing to fight the taste of blood.

The future looks promising for Brett, a 12-year-old severely injured dog, who was discovered on Easter Sunday along the side of Dry Fork Road in Ashland City a few miles from the Cheatham County Fairgrounds.
A father and son noticed a garbage bag by the side of the road, and it appeared to be moving....
...Among the wounds received by Brett were deep straight-line gashes along the back, as well as several puncture wounds on the head and face that appear to be from a larger-sized dog or dogs.
Jordi said the wounds clearly did not come from being hit by a car nor from being tossed from a vehicle.

(66 posts)This world has so much evil in it. Not only the terrible things that happened to this poor little dog, but the evil done to so many of the poor, the elderly, the young, and the list could go on and on. I sure hope someone showers Brett with a lot of love for the rest of his days!
