It somewhat appears that the Hillary for America campaing logo is being crowd-sourced

The ads on DU no longer show the red arrow.

Probably based on a branding rule. The red would overwhelm such a small ad.

On her site, the red arrowed logo mostly stands on its own.

Also on her site, the logo varies in other ways... white arrow, light blue arrow... etc.
