McCain fires back at Paul over ‘lapdog’ comment

Who you calling a “lapdog”?

John McCain ripped Rand Paul Wednesday, calling the Kentucky senator the worst among the all the declared and potential 2016 Republican presidential candidates when it comes to national security.

“Senator Paul is the worst possible candidate of the 20 or so that are running on the most important issue, which is national security,” McCain said on Fox News Channel’s “Your World With Neil Cavuto” Wednesday. “The record is very clear that he does not have an understanding of the needs or the threats of United States national security.”

The Arizona senator’s comments came a day after Paul called McCain and Sen. Lindsey Graham “lapdogs for President Obama” on foreign policy.

I love it when they fight each other. You'd think McCain was running for president again with the all the sniping he's doing with Cruz and Paul.

No, only Democrats can be in disarray, according to the popular media. Looking over the linked story, it's a marvel of fact recitation free of any judgment or conclusions. Very objective, at least from the standpoint of the usual report on politics.

4. Remember when the most important issue was the economy? And then when the economy became much better,

suddenly foreign policy is the thing that matters most....the media game and the con's game are the same con game....despair, gloom and doom, and above all, constant fear.

I really think most folk now see through the media game, the usual suspects are not in control of the national narrative...Obama remains 3 to 4 times more popular than the GOP Congress and the folks are with Obama on ALL the major real world issues.

The Chrstofascist media's fantasy issues of abortion, religious persecution of Christians, the economy is horrible, science and the poor are the enemy, etc. are not playing out in the real world.
