I suppose what it boils down to is that both parties are bought and paid for. Social issues provide that cover because we fight each other over these while we are systematically robbed.

"The truth of the matter is that my policies are so mainstream that if I had set the same policies that I had back in the 1980s, I would be considered a moderate Republican."- President Barack Obama

During an interview with Noticias Univision 23, the network's Miami affiliate newscast, Obama pushed back against the accusation made in some corners of south Florida's Cuban-American and Venezuelan communities that he wants to instill a socialist economic system in the U.S.

Areas with "comparative advantage" can produce more efficiently with less resources. In economic theory.

Economic reality, wages are not on par thus creating a "false" comparative advantage in labor. Protection of resources is also not addressed which can create another false advantage. Plus there isn't free movement of population, access to education, etc.

Two or more well developed nations all on roughly equal footing, freely trading goods and services that work on each nations strengths is good.

Free trade with depressed nations...well, that's just bullshit.
