What's The Status Of The Cop That Fired 8 Shots At The Back Of That Guy That Ran From Him....

I have to say that I can't even remember where this happened - but for a while this was big news and it has since seemed to fall off the news. Are there any updates available? What happened to the cop? Is this still under investigation too?

Sager is still in jail. I don't know that a trial date has been set yet.

The name of the victim is Walter Scott.
