Jeb - Raise SSA Retirement Age To 70. Why Not 75 Or 80?

Why not raise the age of SSA retirement to 80 and Medicare to 75? You will save a lot of money. Of course most workers will never make it that far. It is now about 67 for all practical purposes for full benefit. A lot of retirees take reduced benefits at 62. By the time you wait for full benefits and take it it will take a very long time to get the same amount of money if you make it that long.

We be like India where the old just die on the curb. We are better then that in the US. Unless you are a Republican. Sadly a lot of senior GOPPERS on these programs support later retirement. Of course they already have theirs.

All services, benefits, and infrastructure savings in the form of cuts or elimination go directly to the pockets of the 1%.

And if they already have work, many get tossed for younger workers. Jeb's in a bubble, and so are the rest of the idiots who support raising the retirement age. Facile solution that won't accomplish what they think it will.

He and the GOP do not care that their policies will end up in misery and death for many seniors. Seniors are just surplus population to Jeb and the GOP that get in the way of profits. And seniors take up too many resources. That reality is the brutal truth.
