Dinesh D'Souza is out of jail

Saw a mention of it at Right Wing Watch. All they had was a link to World Nitwits Daily. Sorry, I don't want to link to WND.

He was sentenced to a community confinement center (aka halfway house) in addition to mandatory community service. Not free to do whatever he liked, but not what people think of by "in jail" either.
