How can he be an outsider? Now attacking them because they were part of a "do-nothing" Congress might be ok, but that's not an insider/outsider argument.
It's impossible for a governor of a major state who has two family members that were life long politicians and became POTUS (or is the plural POTI?) be an outisder.
I think he's as dumb as his brother.
